The MDC accuses Mugabe of war preparations against his own people as it becomes clear that he does not intend to relinquish power.
The leader of the Movement for Democratic Change Morgan Tsvangirai says he has won the presidential election, but the official result has still not been declared.
The Zimbabwe Electoral Commission says they will do so "when they are ready".
