US launches BAe anti-corruption probe

BAe systems, Britain's biggest arms company, has been expanding rapidly in the United States, snapping up contracts worth billions of dollars.

Now the scandal engulfing the company over the arms deal to Saudi Arabia has crossed the pond.

The US Department of Justice is looking into whether the company broke US anti-corruption laws - and could launch a full criminal enquiry.
