Simon Israel reports on the 250 people who are detained in Guantanamo and the conundrum now facing incoming President Obama.
U.S. President-elect Barack Obama has made no secret of his commitment to close the camp, but has yet to explain how he intends to process the other suspects, many who are believed to have links with al-Qaeda and the Taliban.
But the case of Binyam Mohamed, a remaining British citizen in Guantanamo Bay, may show how evidence gained by torture could land the law enforcers in the dock.
