Zimbabwe is now in a war situation - the country's opposition leader has warned - telling this programme he's got no intention of taking part in a runoff against Robert Mugabe.

A month after the disputed elections Morgan Tsvangirai said democracy in Africa was now on trial.

Our foreign affairs correspondent Jonathan Miller reports.
