'Reflection not retribution'

Updated on 17 April 2009

By Sarah Smith

Civil rights campaigners are disappointed with Barack Obama's decision not to prosecute any CIA operatives over the tactics used under George Bush.

They revealed that prisoners' heads were slammed into walls, they were doused in water, confined in small boxes and deprived of sleep for days on end.
