Zimbabwe's opposition leader wants neighbouring countries to push for the presidential run-off to be postponed. Jonathan Miller reports.
His supporters terrorised and his activists rounded up, Zimbabwe's opposition leader, Morgan Tsvangirai, has now sought refuge inside the Dutch embassy in Harare.
One day after pulling out of the run-off against Robert Mugabe, he has called on other southern African nations to push for Friday's election to be postponed.
In the UK, Gordon Brown said the "criminal and discredited cabal" running Zimbabwe "should not be recognised by anybody".
