North Korea defies international outrage following its nuclear weapons test by launching two new short-range missiles. Jenny Wivell reports

The United Nations Security Council unanimously denounced the nuclear tests last night and began work on a new resolution.

But will today's action will further ratchet up tension on the Korean peninsula?
