An exclusive insight into a medical team's struggle to cope with the dead and wounded inside Gaza City's main hospital.
Not for the first time Gaza's hospitals have found themselves overwhelmed by the sheer numbers of injured, compounded by severe shortages of drugs and equipment, not to mention beds and medical staff.
On the frontline of this emergency have been two Norwegian doctors, Mads Gilbert and Eric Fosse, who managed to get into Gaza last week.
Channel 4 News has spent the past three days with them as they battled to save lives in extraordinary circumstances.
