Obama under fire for torture pardon

US President Barack Obama comes under fire from human rights campaigners for deciding not to prosecute CIA agents who used techniques now considered to be torture.
The White House has published memos written under the Bush administration that approved techniques like water boarding and sleep deprivation.
President Obama has banned the practices but has decided that the people who used them should not face prosecution.
