By Sarah Smith

With the economy in crisis, Barack Obama says he will approach talks with George Bush in a "spirit of bipartisanship".

After his historic victory the president-elect has arrived at the White House for discussions with President Bush.

Accompanied by his wife and daughters, Senator Obama is being given a tour of his new home before sitting down for what he described as "substantive talks" with the president.

But his team is already planning to reverse some of President Bush's policies.
