New Orleans looks to Obama

With the US in recession, President-elect Barack Obama plans to spend nearly a trillion dollars to help the economy.

It may come as a surprise but New Orleans is one of the few places doing well despite the economic downturn - precisely because there is so much post Katrina investment.

And this mainly African American city has high hopes for America's first black president.
