Mugabe to be sworn in

Zimbabwe officials say Robert Mugabe is heading for "a landslide victory" in the country's presidential election in which he was the only candidate.

The Prime Minister Gordon Brown has called on African leaders to help end a "sickening chapter" in Zimbabwe's history.

But at a meeting in Egypt they have so far rejected sanctions, urging a power-sharing deal instead.
