More4 News reports on how a new generation of Middle Eastern artists are finding their voice in comics.

The traumas of the Middle East, in Lebanon, Israel and the Palestinian territories, have seen such human misery that to express the experience through the medium of comics or graphic novels, if you prefer, sounds almost tasteless.

And yet, that is happening and it is an old tradition, as Girish Juneja has been finding out.
