'Honour aid pledges to Palestine'

Jonathan Rugman reports on the Middle East quartet pleas to Arab countries to honour their pledges of aid to Palestine.
There was no breakthrough in negotiations but the Quartet of Middle East mediators which is made up of the UN, America, the EU and Russia called on Arab donors to honour their pledges of aid for the Palestinians.
The group also condemned the ongoing settlement building by Israel and expressed "deep concern" about the humanitarian situation in Gaza which is still under a blockade.
