Hong Kong welcomes torch

Only a small number of protestors turned out to greet the Olympic torch as it arrived in Hong Kong.

Tens of thousands of cheering Chinese citizens welcomed the Olympic torch in Hong Kong this morning, ahead of this summer's Beijing games.

The torch has had a troubled world tour, but today only a small number of protestors were in evidence - and were escorted away by police for their own safety.
