Gaza: Palestinians and Israelis die

Israeli forces kill 19 Palestinians in Gaza clashes. In a separate incident, three Israeli soldiers also die in the territory.
Many of the Palestinian victims were civilians.
A Reuters cameraman and three children are among the dead after the Israeli army attacked a series of targets in Gaza.
