A crisis is brewing in Belgium, as the highly contentious issue of language rears it's multilingual head, could it tear the state apart?

Flemish and French speaking politicians are bitterly divided about who votes where and in what language.

The prime minister has already gone through three rounds in his attempt to resign. Each time the King has refused, as having no leader means a country that could split.

Helene Cacace ventured forth into Europe's most hostile terrain.
