Caught on camera: video shows Israeli soldier shooting Palestinian

Invesigation underway after Palestinian detainee is shot by Israeli soldier using rubber bullet.
The Israeli defence force has launched an investigation into the conduct of soldiers who were caught on camera shooting a Palestinian detainee at short range. An army spokesman said the incident was in "direct contradiction with IDF values and principles."
A video of the shooting, which happened on 7 July, was released by an Israeli human rights group. It was filmed by a 14 year-old Palestinian girl from her home overlooking the protest against Israel's security barrier in the West Bank.
The video clip shows two soldiers holding the demonstrator, who is tied and blindfolded - then shooting towards his leg with a rubber bullet.
