Bush blames Russia, Georgia blames West for delays in Nato membership

President Bush condemns Russia's tactics in Georgia in his harshest statement yet on the South Ossetian conflict.
He told Russia that bullying and intimidation were not acceptable.
But Georgia's leader blamed the West for failing to grant his country Nato membership months ago.
There were no regrets from Moscow either, as President Medvedev said his country would respond exactly the same way again in future.
