Updated on 25 October 2008

By John Sparks

Days after the fatal shooting of a British aid worker, a Briton is among three people shot dead in the Afghan capital, Kabul. John Sparks reports.

The three victims included two foreigners, one of them British.

He has been identified by the British Foreign Office as David Giles.

It comes days after the killing of an aid worker with dual nationality - Gayle Williams - and has sparked fears that the Taliban may step up its campaign against foreigners.
