Iran won't use oil as a weapon, its chief negotiator, Ali Larinjani promised earlier this week. But today envoys have warned that policy could change, if the nuclear row escalates and sanctions are imposed.

Iran is OPEC's second largest oil producer - pumping five percent of the world's oil.
