Africa offers Congo troops

General Laurent Nkunda says his troops will fight African peacekeepers if they back government forces against him.
African leaders have offered to send troops to the Democratic Republic of Congo to stop the fighting between the general's rebel army and the government.
Despite having the world's biggest peacekeeping mission in the Congo, the United Nations has come under criticism.
