When the Queen dies, should Prince Charles take over?
Earlier this week Prince Charles got himself into trouble for voicing his opinions on GM foods and today a formal legal challenge was mounted to abolish the compulsory oath of allegiance to the Queen, which most public offices in Britain and, indeed, British citizenship itself require.
Nina Teggarty reports on an issue that just might be coming of age.
