Scotland's donor crisis

Detectives are looking into complaints of an illegal donation to Scottish Labour leader Wendy Alexander from a Jersey-based businessman.

The MSP has rejected any suggestion of "intentional wrongdoing" and said she was confident of being cleared, but her political opponents claim her position is untenable.
