Police arrest 114 in power protest

Police hold 114 people for allegedly planning a protest at the Ratcliffe on Soar coal-fired power station.

Officers raided an independent school in the Sneinton area of Nottingham in the early hours of this morning.

They claimed the protest would have posed a serious threat to the running of the plant.
