Olympics: IOC head still confident

IOC chief Jacques Rogge says the Beijing games will succeed despite the European Parliament calling on EU leaders to boycott the opening.
The European Parliament's move came after Gordon Brown confirmed he wouldn't be attending.
But the torch relay is facing a crisis, Rogge admitted, as anti-China protests continue to disrupt its journey around the world.
