New fears over postal voting

There are fears that voting fraud in Birmingham three years ago was more extensive than previously thought.
A judge said it would have shamed a banana republic. And now it is claimed postal voting fraud in Birmingham could have been far more extensive.
The allegations relate to the local elections three years ago in which the number of postal voters appears to have fallen in some Birmingham wards.
With elections in the city tomorrow, Birmingham Council has concerns about the reliability of new technology introduced to check postal voting papers.
