Murder in Armagh

More 4 News reports a member of the House of Lords has claimed the IRA murdered a man in Armagh and used parliamentary privilege to name those he blames.
For decades, the citadel of Irish republicanism, south Armagh, has posed problems for the British government. Hundreds of people were murdered there by the IRA.
Republicans are now themselves sitting in Northern Ireland's power-sharing executive, and the IRA have declared that their war is over, but even so, south Armagh still seems to be posing problems. This time to Sinn Fein.
Last night a member of the House of Lords claimed that the IRA recently murdered a young man in the region and using parliamentary privilege he named the men he says carried it out.
