An anti-airport protester throws green custard over the Business Secretary Lord Mandelson, raising concerns over security arrangements. Andrew Thomas reports.

Arriving at a conference to launch the government's latest "low carbon economy" strategy, the minister was confronted by Leila Deen, who threw the cup of liquid in his face.
