Greenpeace argues criminal damage protest was in the public interest

Greenpeace campaigners use the potential damage from climate change as a defence against criminal damage charges.

Six Greenpeace activists are on trial in front of a jury at Maidstone Crown Court for causing £30,000 worth of damage to the Kingsnorth power station, where they painted "Gordon" on its chimney.
