Basra back in Iraqi hands

Four and a half years after the Iraqi invasion, Basra is back in the control of the Iraqi authorities.

Al-Qaeda's second-in-command, Ayman Al-Zawahri, is claiming the handover is proof that insurgents are gaining the upper hand.
