Viagra email staff sent home
Updated on 05 March 2009
Around 20 council staff in a seaside town have been sent home after allegedly circulating offensive emails including a message about Viagra with an explicit picture attached.
Some staff saw the funny side of the email about the erectile dysfunction drug and sent it on to colleagues at Bournemouth Borough Council in Dorset.
Others complained and bosses at the seaside council sent the culprits home on "management leave" and full pay while they investigated.
