Movie pirates scare sniffer dogs

Movie pirates in Malaysia have tried to scare off specially trained bootlegged DVD sniffer dogs with signs warning "Beware of dog".

US-loaned Labradors Lucky and Flo are the first dogs trained to sniff out a chemical which used in making pirate discs, but bootleggers had got wind of the fact the pair had not been taught how to defend themselves against more fearsome canines.

However, after seeing the signs during a raid on storage sites in a Kuala Lumpur suburb officers ascertained they were a bluff so let Lucky and Flo do their job and net some 2,000 pirated DVDs.
