Second government finance adviser stands accused

A day after Sir James Crosby steps down from the FSA, the government could lose another senior adviser.
American financier Glen Moreno, who currently looks after taxpayers' interests in the bailed-out banks, looks unlikely be confirmed in the post.
He has been attacked by the Conservatives for links to a bank accused of tax evasion.
More embarrassment for Gordon Brown, whose twice-yearly grilling from senior MPs today was dominated by the financial crisis.
