Outlook by the chamber of commerce sees Britain on the brink of recession

In its quarterly economic survey the British chambers of commerce says Britain is on the brink of recession.
Alarming, menacing, grim: the language used by the BCC to describe the outlook for businesses in the current economic climate as it urges the Bank of England to consider an early cut in interest rates.
