Ofgem: 'energy markets work well'
Updated on 06 October 2008
Gas and electricity markets are working well for most customers with no evidence of a cartel, according to a report from the energy watchdog.

Pressure groups are unhappy, with one saying that Ofgem has failed some of the poorest customers in the country.
