No laws to stop cash transfer fraud

Since the collapse of money transfer company First Solution little has been done to stop a similar crisis and new laws will not help much.

The collapse of First Solution eight months ago left millions of pounds worth of debts.

And thousands of people, many in East London's Bengali community, were left nursing huge losses.

But new laws expected later this year won't cover nine out of ten money transfer companies.
