No energy cuts despite huge profits

Energy companies refuse to cut gas and electricity bills despite a fall in their costs. Tom Clarke reports.
A report by energy watchdog Ofgem says lower wholesale costs are boosting energy companies' profits.
The regulator is not ordering the firms to cut their tariffs, but says there is scope for them to do so.
Despite gross profits of £170.00 a year for every dual fuel customer, the energy companies say there is little capacity for cuts this year.
