Mandelson urges Royal Mail bids

A long-awaited report into the Royal Mail has called for a radical overhaul of the way it operates.

The company could be part-privatised as a result, and Business Secretary Lord Mandelson has urged credible partners to come forward. He talked to Channel 4 news about what the future might hold for the Royal Mail.
