Fears for women in equality report

The Equal Opportunity Commission releases its final report, with depressing predictions that it will be many years still before women catch up.


Unless there is urgent action it will take decades before equality is achieved between men and women.

This is the conclusion of the equal opportunities commission, in its last report before it merged into another body.

The commission is urging business to push equality issues to the top of the agenda - as Girish Juneja reports.
