Euro nations move to save Fortis

Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg agree a deal to save banking and insurance giant Fortis.

Britain is not the only country taking over banks. Three European countries have just agreed a deal to rescue the banking and insurance giant Fortis.

Ministers from the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg are spending almost £9bn to save the bank from possible collapse.
