Bank charge claims put on hold

Banks may be ignoring legitimate claims to refund unfair charges paid by those who have lost their jobs or face repossession, our Money Reporter Bridgid Nzekwu reports.
Lots of people have successfully claimed refunds on the basis that the charges made by banks are unfair.
But around a million people have had their claims put on hold until a long-running test case at the high court concludes.
The only exception is for those in severe financial difficulty.
But as our Money Reporter Bridgid Nzekwu reports, there's evidence that some banks may be turning their backs on legitimate claimants.
