Strictly Come Dancing gets rowdy

They come out looking graceful and serene, but Stricly Come Dancing contestant Alesha Dixon says they're actually a rowdy bunch.

The former Mis-Teeq star's mission to win the show is going well so far and she says behind the scenes there's as much fun going on.

But Alisha faces stiff competition from Kelly Brooke who is known for her sexy outfits.

The glamour model's been paired with casanova, dancer and Love Island star Brendan Cole.

He won the first series with then dance partner Natasha Kaplinsky.

The American smooth is up next and lifts are allowed, so look out for some hair raising performances from the stars.
