Kris Marshall's big return
Updated on 22 May 2008
Stephanie West reports on Kris Marshall's return to stage in Neil LaBute's latest play, Fat Pig, in which a man falls for an overweight woman.
Three weeks after he was knocked down by a car, which left him in intensive care, the actor Kris Marshall has made it back on stage for a provocative new play, Fat Pig.
The 35-year-old is one of four British stars handpicked for this production by the American writer, Neil La Bute, who is noted for his unsettling portrayals of misogyny, deception and violence.
Fat Pig is no different, and Marshall is cast as a man who is horrified when his colleague falls for an overweight woman.
