Paltrow puts her best foot forward

Oscar-winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow has been strutting her stuff in yet more stylish shoes in Cannes.

In recent weeks Paltrow's been photographed wearing fabulous footwear on the red carpet for her new movie Iron Man.

She's currently in Cannes promoting Two Lovers, in which she stars opposite Joaqin Phoenix.

The 35-year-old trend-setter is credited with sending sales of sky-high heels soaring in the UK.

When asked about it she laughed: "That's silly - that's impossible. Really?

"Well, then I think all of the shoe people need to give me 1p per pair they sell, if that's really true."
