After a week of speculation, there is still no decision on Michael Jackson's final resting place.

Latest reports from Los Angeles say plans are being drawn up for a huge memorial service at the city's Staples Centre Stadium, although the family has yet to make a decision.

Jermaine Jackson has been describing the moment he heard about his brother's death, saying he wished that he had died instead.

Inevitably parallels have been drawn with another supremely gifted superstar who also died young and addicted to prescription painkillers, Elvis Presley. But was the king of pop in the same league as the King himself?
