How one media giant has launched a one billion dollar lawsuit against Google - and its video sharing site Youtube - accusing it of breaching copyright - big-time.

They're two of the biggest names on the internet - and now they're being sued for one billion dollars.

Media conglomerate Viacom is taking Google to court, along with its video-sharing site Youtube: in the biggest challenge yet to the search engine's attempt to dominate the online video market.

Viacom is accusing the two firms of "massive intentional copyright infringement" for allowing thousands of unauthorised video clips to be uploaded.
