Ofcom imposes a record fine on ITV for cheating viewers over phone-in competitions, as Benjamin Cohen reports.

It has been a terrible day for ITV and its stars, Ant and Dec.

The broadcaster, which is a major shareholder in ITN (which makes Channel 4 News) been hit with a record £5.6 million fine. What is more, a fresh deception involving both has been revealed.
