Positive discrimination?

More4 News reports on discrimination in the glamour industry.
One of the reasons the government gives for introducing positive discrimination legislation is the differing work prospects between white people and ethnic minorities.
Economy-wide, you are 15 per cent less likely to get a job if you are from an ethnic minority than if you are white.
In one industry though, glamour modelling, the situation is far worse. As an example, a black woman hasn't been on page 3 of The Sun for over a year.
Now, you might think, why would they want to be? But, like it or not, lads' mags and tabloid papers sell and the pictures in them set the tone for wider cultural life.
So why the lack of dark skin? Tamara Wright reports.
