Newsreader Charlotte Green descends into a fit of giggles while announcing a death on Radio 4's Today programme.
Having a giggling fit while looking at a script is a newsreader's nightmare. Doing so as you're about to announce a death is even worse.
That's what happened to the BBC Radio's Charlotte Green today at the end of an item about the oldest known recording of a human voice.
So what caused the hilarity at Radio 4, that bastion of middle-class values?
